RETURNS POLICY

Damaged/ faulty- means that the candle broke in half or is such that it cannot be lit. This definition excludes blemishes on the candles such as hand marks on the candle or a white cast around the candle.

Product/s-refers to our candles, bath salts, paraffin wax melts, bundles and satin boday bags.

Cancellation 

Cancellation can take place anytime prior to order confirmation and payment. Once the payment has been received, we cannot accept a cancellation.

Replacement Products & Refunds

If it happens that we supply the incorrect product or the product is damaged or faulty, we shall exchange the product for a new one, provided that you send us a picture of the damaged product and we confirm the damage. You must contact us within two days of receiving your package of such damage. Due to the fragile nature of our candles, they can become damaged during packaging or shipping. Should we agree to replace your product, the product must be returned in its original packaging with all care cards and accessories and must be in the original state. Unfortunately, we cannot provide a refund for the products, we can only replace it. Shipping costs for a replacement will be on the customer.
